About the role:You'll be joining the Change squad within Digital Service which sits alongside other teams in Digital such as Acquisition, Insight & Strategy and Apps. This squad is responsible for ensuring customer engagement with our digital products. The focus is to keep our customers happy, by enabling them to do things like change their package and understand the value they're getting from their Virgin Media services through our digital channels, driving loyalty and retention. You'll be working closely with teams outside of Digital such as Marketing, Commercial and Technology.
You’ll support in improving the overall customer experience; focusing on building new journeys and iterating on existing ones.
You’ll need bright ideas, high energy and a commitment to improving our digital customer experience for good. You’ll need to hit the ground running, be proactive and strong at problem-solving.
Things you’ll be doing:• Responsible for the design output from ideation through to launch this would include sketches, wireframes, prototypes and visual design• Exporting assets ready for build• Applying a User-Centred Design approach to everything you do• Supporting the Product Owner with stakeholders including show & tells and retrospectives• Ensuring that both customer and business needs are met• Supporting with user research and user testing, informing the approach to take e.g. tree-testing• Ensuring that we take a mobile-first approach• Delivering accessible experiences that comply with industry standards• Keep up to speed with Customer & Technology trends, customer behaviour and the broader digital landscape through insight and desk research
