Our digital function underpins all of these services, providing self-serve operations for the 1400+ Communication providers through BTWholesale.com and My BT Wholesale, sales leads for each of our growing ventures businesses as well as B2C experiences within growing areas such as the phone book. It’s a diverse but hugely exciting portfolio of products. The digital team owns all internal and external platforms including Email, Social, Web and apps.
What you'll be doing
Our new and exciting role as a Digital Video Producer you’ll become a central part of our digital content strategy moving forward. As online video becomes more and more important and relevant in engaging with new and existing customers, you’ll be creating digital videos that we can use across our marketing, whether that’s on our Wholesale and Ventures digital estate, on our social channels or out and about at
events and conferences.
You’ll work alongside our marketing managers to understand their brief and key messages, and then use our video asset library to bring to life our products and services to our customers.
You’ll be responsible for end to end creation and production of our videos, pulling together storyboards, concepts and other preproduction tasks, responsible for all production activity (if required by the brief), and all post production activities too including getting stakeholder feedback and delivering final assets to the right people a one stop video creation shop!
You’ll need to make sure that you understand BT’s video tone of voice, music guidelines and brand guidelines, working closely with our brand team to make sure that our videos are consistent with the rest of our marketing collateral.
You’ll be working on a tightly controlled budget, so you’ll need to be creative in your approach and make a small budget go a long way, whilst still producing high quality and engaging videos. We’re looking for a motivated, energetic and charismatic individual to join a high performing content and productions team of 4 other copy, content and production specialists, all helping to take our digital experiences to the next level. We'll also need to see these on your CV
Experience demonstrated through a portfolio of videos that you've produced for FTSE 100 companies
Experience of working with a broad set of stakeholders (marketing, product, brand, copywriters) to create videos
Experience of owning end to end creation for videos, from understanding brief requirements, creating storyboards, identifying shoot locations and needs, pre-production, filming, post-production, music sign offs
Experience of working with B2B products
Experience of managing stakeholder feedback
