Digital Wallet Research
Location(s) Flexible (but ideally Norwich, London or York)
The Digital Wallet Programme is working across the Group (initially focused on UK) to design and deliver a financial ecosystem – bringing together the existing composite offer with new functionality based around cash accounts; and linking this with innovative technology solutions to give customers access to a wide range of payment services and options.
The ambition is to capture 100% of payments – which for the UK alone is £30bn+ - so it has massive scope and commercial implications; along with the potential to change the way in which customers interact with Aviva – making us a more regularly relevant feature in customers lives; and enabling a wider range of new propositions.
Working in a growing team that is forming to drive the Digital Wallet activity - part of a virtual propositions team comprising of a Propositions Owner, a Propositions Lead, Product Lead and UX Design – who are leading the development and delivery of the Digital Wallet ecosystem propositions.
You’ll love our customers, you’ll be intrigued by them and driven to understand what problems, issues and needs they have.
You’ll be running multiple streams of research (both internal and external – quantitative and qualitative) – leading the customer work with our research agencies, running research sessions and listening to our customers, immersing yourself in their worlds, understanding what they face, what they need - and also working with our data team, driving out insights from our quantitative data. Who are these customers, whose the target, what do they look like, what products do they have.
And you’ll be an integral part of the team that will be developing the propositions off the back of all this great research – so be in a great position to see this right through - look for innovative solutions in new areas and putting propositions in customers hands that meet their needs and give them a reason to love Aviva.
