With the continued growth of Workplace globally, Facebook is looking for an experienced and proven Enterprise Marketing business leader to join the Workplace team; grow and lead marketing globally, including the go-to-market strategy, content creation, channel development and market activation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Facebook and the role that a connected workforce can play in improving the productivity of an organization. They will have deep experience in enterprise and growth B2B marketing, with a focus on SaaS and/or collaboration solutions. The Director of Global Marketing will partner closely with leadership across product, sales, partnerships, operations, finance and product marketing, with the primary objective of enabling Workplace to grow and scale around the world. The role will entail leading the global strategy and a cross discipline marketing team to develop and implement globally scalable programs, and identifying strategic projects to drive customer growth at scale through awareness, reach and optimized communications strategies. They will be an experienced marketer and strategic thinker who can drive results - able to move fast while keeping focused on a marketing strategy that will continue to evolve as the business grows. This is a full-time position, located in our London office. RESPONSIBILITIES * Partner with leadership across the business and product teams to develop the marketing strategy to meet our ambitious goals, with a focus on driving demand across large and mid-size enterprises globally.

* Lead brand, digital, acquisition, content and events-based integrated marketing programmes with a team of marketers across disciplines and regions. * Develop and implement go-to-market plans, for all regions across the world, prioritising the most scalable and valuable markets * Ensure we have strong GTM plans and KPIs in place at a global, regional and market/vertical level * Own the global marketing strategy, plan and budget * Provide market analytics, audience insights, knowledge and strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing acquisition, growth and retention of our most valuable prospects, customers and partners * Collaborate with other Facebook global business marketing leaders to develop opportunities to integrate Workplace across the Facebook family of apps and services MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * BA/BS degree required * 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, web technology companies, digital media, experience in the enterprise collaboration space (productivity or social) strongly desired * Proven expertise in growing and leading global B2B enterprise marketing teams driven by content, digital, infrastructure and data driven analytics * Strong cross-functional skills, maxtrix stakeholder and leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation * Experience analyzing data and insights with knowledge of the role they play in developing and measuring marketing programs * Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communications * Strong creative perspective to bring fresh ideas to product positioning and marketing campaigns * Strong understanding of and comfort with how to use data to tell an audience focused relevant story effectively * Outstanding communication skills * Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment across multiple time zones and teams * Able to operate at the principle level of business and jump to the delivery level quickly, and flex that capability in order to get the best out of multi dimensional/cross functional teams Facebook is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures.
