Are you an e-commerce and marketplace expert who would like to join a growing division of a leading brand merchandise company? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to make a difference to this successful company based in the heart of the UK. Competitive salary and benefits, working hours Mon-Fri 9-5.

As E-Commerce Manager, you will have responsibility for optimising sales across multiple digital platforms and e-commerce sites. This includes inventory management, channel management, returns management and paid advertising (PPC / Google Ads / Amazon Ads). The applicant must be commercially minded with a good eye for product, have previous knowledge and experience of working marketplaces and channel management software (i.e Linnworks) as well as experience with paid advertising.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and management of marketplaces and websites
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth of marketplace sales and product rankings
- Execute paid search campaigns through google and marketplace advertising (PPC)
- Handle return of goods
- Analyse and frequently report on sales and campaign performance
- Manage multiple projects

Person Profile:
- Over 2 years of e-commerce experience
- Strong understanding of marketplace listing tools / integrations
- Highly literate and confident user of Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail
- Experience of data analysis and reporting
- Experience of stock & sales planning would be highly desirable
- Ability to work proactively on own initiative and well in a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
