We can reach customers on Amazon properties, both web and mobile, and across our ad platform. A strategic part of our charter is to grow adoption for a portfolio of self-service, pay-per-click advertising programs to enable both large and small advertisers to engage with customers in relevant ways.

We are looking for an E-Mail Marketing Manager to join our team to drive advertiser success during the onboarding phase through one-to-many marketing channels. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, maintaining and enhancing Amazon Advertising’s E-Mail campaigns.

As the ideal candidate, you have a strong passion for E-mail, an eye for graphic design, content strategy, and technical knowledge of web development technologies. You love building new things and take personal pride in delivering innovative, functional and delightful customer experiences. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and drive innovative E-mail campaigns that achieve business goals and raise the bar for customer experience with each launch. You are deeply analytical in your approach and obsess over constantly improving customer experiences on the web leveraging quantitative and qualitative inputs.

Role & Responsibilities:
· Own highly visible onboarding focused e-mail campaigns from beginning to end — from gathering of requirements, design and development, to testing, launch and analysis
· Build and maintain a marketing plan, make it constantly visible to management and key stakeholders, and drive projects through to completion
· Work with worldwide marketing managers, content creators, product managers, and business leadership to align website initiatives with cross-functional team goals
· Develop a testing strategy to gain insights and improve the customer experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:
· At least 1 year of experience in marketing
· Experience in E-Mail Marketing
· Knowledge of E-Mail campaign analytics
· Ability to design and develop E-Mail templates
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with A/B testing as well as testing and website metrics
· Demonstrable experience as a writer or content marketer
· Decisive, action-oriented, and able to motivate, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams
· Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done
· Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks
· Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
· Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced SQL knowledge
- Strong project management skills
