Ecommerce Content Designer

Greater London

Specialising in introducing International Brands previously unknown outside of their originating country and launching into the UK, Europe and Asian markets this is an exciting time to join a fast growing Fashion and Lifestyle business.

 

The purpose of the Ecommerce Content Designer is to provide support to the Ecommerce and Communications Manager in building the clients brand reach across websites and other media platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing sales achieved through effective management of product content on the brand websites.

  • Servicing current B2C and B2B Ecommerce customers with up to date product content and latest style news, in line with company marketing plan.

  • Increase visitor numbers with appropriate content and specific ROI data capture.

  • Reporting to the Ecommerce and Communications Manager and wider departments on the progress of current product lines, ensuring KPI’s and seasonal objectives are met and where possible exceeded.

  • Using onsite analytics to understand what drives the most popular product and identifying underperformers.

  • Support and deliver regional and national growth through focused website and social media activity.

  • Identify and troubleshoot potential issues caused by lack of clarity with online presentation, product information, fit, colour etc.

  • Contribute to brand awareness and related strategic operational planning.

     

Requirements:

  • Passion for cool authentic brands.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written, with experience influencing and motivating others.

  • A creative flair combined with a technical interest.

  • Excellent commercial awareness, in order to prioritise opportunities available

  • Knowledge of Magento essential.

  • Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite desirable

  • Previous Ecommerce Content Design work ideally in Fashion, Footwear or Accessories.

  • Some experience of PDM operating systems would be an advantage
