eCommerce Insight Manager– iD Mobile

Purpose of the role:

The Digital Analyst is responsible for providing the business with online insights and reporting to support trading decisions and online marketing decisions. The Digital Analyst also supports and jointly owns with the E-commerce manager, iD’s CRO and UX evolution.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

* Analyse data within Google Analytics, app analytics (Firebase, Fabric, Adobe etc..) and provide actionable insight and recommendations;
* Work with the E-Commerce Manager and Acquisition Manager as well as Trading to continuously improve online performance through CRO as well as better trading, merchandising and online marketing decisions through insight;
* Work with the Retentions Manager to deliver insight to deliver initiatives that will increase CLV & loyalty rates
* Ad hoc analysis into customer journeys using all of the tools available (qualitative and quantitative);
* Continuous evaluation of data to drive digital and multichannel sales, and improved customer experience within existing customer accounts and apps;
* Manage the Analytics implementation and improvement plans;
* Support the optimisation roadmap using A/B, MVT and personalisation;
* Work with BI team as well as PPC, SEO and Affiliate agencies and consultants to continually improve the quality, availability and accuracy of reporting data;
* Ensure technical set-up is optimised to deliver accurate digital insight both internally and for third party marketing suppliers;
* Use modern digital analysis techniques to advance the level of actionable insight within a fast-moving environment;
* Support ad hoc analysis into customer journeys using all of the tools available (qualitative and quantitative);
* Collaborate with the subject matter experts across the business, to understand their needs and provide best in class digital insight
* Pro-actively monitor online and app behaviour and make recommendations for improvements to the digital touch-points/journeys;
* Responsible for management & testing of all analytics.

Knowledge/Skills:

* Experience in all relevant areas of the role for a minimum of 3 years
* Expert user in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and native or hybrid mobile app analytics
* Technical knowledge of the digital landscape
* Excellent understanding of the marketing funnel
* Able to measure and justify channel performance beyond last click models (attribution)
* Hands-on knowledge of A/B and MVT testing software for web and app
* User testing and usability heuristics
* Statistical analysis and modelling
* Deep understanding of front end technology (HTML, CSS)
* Expert understanding of website tag management, e.g. GTM (web & app)

Personal Attributes:

* You are naturally inquisitive and analytical about customer behaviour, always looking to find insights from data;
* Able to translate data into actionable information;
* Able to collate and present your findings and recommendations in a way that is compelling to stakeholders from all backgrounds;
