Email Marketing Manager

Their client base spans a diverse spectrum of industries, both nationally and internationally so you will gain experience working on a vast range of clients and projects.

You will be a key member of the team, responsible for developing the agency's internal & external email & direct marketing communications. The role will require you to work alongside other departments to create integrated marketing campaigns and drive the future development the email marketing team.

Desirable Skills & Experience

- Experience in a marketing role (in house or agency)
- Experience with email platforms and CRM platforms
- Basic HTML & Photoshop knowledge
- Quantitative and analytical skills
- Data manipulation and statistical skills
- Exposure to data profiling techniques
- A forward thinking and progressive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously some of the time.
- High level of attention to detail with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Some experience of managing people/a small team
- Skills and attitude are equally as important as relevant work experience.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the email marketing function as a whole and manage/develop those who work within the email team.
- Drive the future of the internal & external email and direct marketing function for their clients.
- Collaborate across internal teams to gather the necessary components for creating and sending email campaigns to specified deadlines.
- Be heavily involved in the build and send of emails, ensuring that they are fully tested and function correctly across all major email clients and devices.
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of all campaigns plus the optimisation of future campaigns based on these learnings.
- Demonstrate the best use of in-house programs and software so they can use the technology available to the clients' advantage.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and attend relevant events to ensure their efforts continue to remain current.
