Facebook's mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. Through our family of apps and services, we're building a different kind of company that connects billions of people around the world, gives them ways to share what matters most to them, and helps bring people closer together. Whether we're creating new products or helping a small business expand its reach, people at Facebook are builders at heart. Our global teams are constantly iterating, solving problems, and working together to empower people around the world to build community and connect in meaningful ways. Together, we can help people build stronger communities — we're just getting started.

Come be part of the creative team at Facebook that is leading the industry in new ways to build advertising ideas in the rapidly changing media, mobile and marketing world. Joining Facebook’s Creative Shop means that you’re going to be a part of an incredibly talented and committed team that is focused on defining the role that Facebook can and will play in the future of marketing.

As the EMEA Creative Systems Lead, you will build regional Creative IP or approaches to building work that unlock the creative potential of Facebook's platforms, connecting businesses and people. Creative IP guides and inspires the industry (clients, accounts, creatives, makers, planners...) in achieving their goals by wielding creativity in a deliberate and effective way. You will explore what the region's specific needs and opportunities for building better creative work are, and then test and learn to find potential solutions. You will work with the regional Creative Shop team, the global Creative Systems team in Creative Shop and multiple other functions across Facebook on this journey of discovery and experimentation, and eventually inspire and enable the industry in building great creative work.

In this role you will be part of the Creative Systems Industry team, with global and regional counterparts working together, building a bridge for regional insight and expertise to influence the building of global Creative IP and for global expertise to influence regional Creative IP. The role has two main areas of impact:

1) Leading the development of region-specific Creative IP against the region's biggest needs and opportunities to driving better creative work

2) Representing your team's existing Creative IP, focussed on helping to and adapt it to become highly valuable your region.

You are multi-talented, endlessly curious and must be comfortable experimenting and learning in a structured and purpose-driven way. You enjoy working intimately with other creatives, planners, designers, marketing managers, defining, piloting, and accelerating hypotheses, ultimately scaling these solutions to inspire the industry and drive creative effectiveness across our platforms.

Your zest for the power of creativity, along with your skills in developing creative approaches to solving problems will be a great addition to the superpowers of this team. You’re a maker and a do’er. You live to inspire and enable ideas, and get excited about the opportunity to positively influence and transform our industry to build meaningful connections between people and businesses.
