Training and Certification is seeking a talented and experienced Head of EMEA Field and Digital Marketing to develop and manage marketing programs and campaigns to drive demand and engagement for training and certification for EMEA. In this role, you will build, manage, and execute a marketing strategy for the EMEA training business. You will understand the EMEA training delivery business priorities and develop and execute the marketing plan with precision. You will work with marketing and field marketing teams to create, deliver, and report on targeted campaigns to develop awareness and demand generation for Training and Certification. This role also has responsibility for digital marketing and email programs for training and certification, including developing and managing lead generation and nurture campaigns to reach, engage, and nurture a wide range of customers. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in marketing strategy, campaign management, email marketing, lead generation and nurture programs, and a strong background in audience targeting and segmentation. You also have proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number of internal stakeholders, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial, creative spirit.

· Develop a deep understanding of the EMEA training business and act as primarily marketing contact, including regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings, and planning sessions
· Own the strategy, development, and execution of marketing programs that help acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers, and deliver growth across key customer segments, including lead-gen, campaigns, and digital marketing programs
· Create strategic and measureable campaign plans by working with Training Marketing and Field Marketing teams
· Develop campaign project plans, including goals, messaging, call to action, and distribution channels
· Develop and manage automated and nurture email programs to drive awareness and adoption of training and certification
· Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders. Plus, continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize conversion
· Support creation and execution of email campaigns to accelerate training and certification
· Use data and testing to optimize and improve content and targeting for training and certification campaigns
· Work with the central AWS media, email marketing, marketing automation, global campaigns teams to stay up-to-day on all new tools, understand best practices, leverage the learnings and economies of scale
· Earn trust and maintain strong relationships with Content, Certification, Partner, and Regional teams to support their goals, increase engagement with marketing, and drive program support


· 15+ years’ professional experience in marketing programs, events, marketing communications, demand generation, field/partner marketing, preferably in high-technology
· Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (specifically Salesforce and Marketo)
· Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
· Proven experience building test and learn plans that continuously improve program engagement
· Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
· Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization and gain support for initiatives
· Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
· Superior written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent team player
· Must be comfortable in fast-paced, high growth environment where priorities shift fast
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study


· Experience using Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and Salesforce
· Experience in event program management
· Experience in digital marketing program management
· Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment; IT/technology marketing experience preferred
· Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
