The Global Accounts Team (GAT) partners with the world’s largest marketers and their agencies to maximize the business and brand-building potential of the Facebook platform. A successful partnership with these global advertisers depends on our teams’ ability to help them continuously maximize the value and business impact they extract from their investments with Facebook.

The GAT Academy is a center of excellence and consultancy within GAT that acts as an engine for defining and scaling Facebook’s approach toward global partnership development. This role will be both internal and external facing, coaching Facebook teams on how to accelerate partnership growth and facilitating scaled capability and workshop programs externally. This position is located in London and reports to the GAT Academy Global Head.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Define best practice across global partnerships_

*

Codify what drives brilliant partnerships and advertising on Facebook by learning and partnering with our most innovative creators and thought leaders across the globe. These drivers incorporate everything from roadmaps for ramping up new partnerships, through to best approaches toward solving advertiser business challenges.

*

Package and scale these best practices globally within Facebook_

*

Define the learning needs of those working on global partnerships and define a knowledge distribution strategy, along with the scaled learning programs and platforms to deliver against it.

*

Partner with our Product Marketing organization to deliver groundbreaking objective-based vertical solutions for our advertisers on brand and performance marketing.

*

Activate Facebook’s newest global partnerships_

*

Guide Facebook teams on how to setup and run a transformational global partnership, from annual partnership planning and internal co-ordination, through to developing global learning agendas.

*

Coordinate and facilitate scaled capability sessions and workshop programs with clients and agencies for these global partners.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

*

10+ years previous experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies.

*

Demonstrated ability to develop clear, strategic action plans

*

Experience coaching others, or in developing or running workshops and training programs.

*

Experience working effectively with XFN teams, multiple stakeholders and all levels of management

*

Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbally, across large audiences with authority.

Demonstrated curiosity to uncover pockets of excellence and scale them across a team/organization

Ability to track success and iterate programs based on feedback
