The Role:
We are searching for Maternity Cover for the role of Marketing Manager within the European Amazon Music team. Focused on growing the Amazon Music service, this role will work with stakeholders across a range of functions within Amazon Music as well across the wider Amazon organization to drive exciting and innovative engagement marketing programs and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is passionate about consumer marketing and has extensive online marketing experience with proven record of creating and executing high impact cross channel marketing campaigns. This person must be an organized self starter with strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to influence others. This person will have an affinity for rigorous testing, measurement and iteration to improve results continuously.

Primary responsibilities include:
· Rigorous analysis of campaign metrics and customer data to understand drivers of customer engagement across different lifecycles
· Partnering with cross functional stakeholders to test and scale marketing initiatives to influence positive customer behaviors
· Working with regional partners to adapt best practices and continuously improve the customer experience across all Amazon Music services and platforms
· Overseeing channel health through continuous optimization of campaigns
· Identifying growth areas for the business and writing detailed proposals to influence internal stakeholders and roadmaps

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications
· Bachelor's degree
· Relevant marketing experience, with an understanding of online marketing channels
· Resourceful problem-solver with ability to excel in an ambiguous environment.
· Proven track record of owning projects from start to finish and delivering successful results
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
· Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred qualifications
· Experience working in a global environment
· Experience working in a music, entertainment or subscription business
· Ability to make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to deal with ambiguity with strong bias for action
· Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution
