Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an enthusiastic and data-driven marketer responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns for AWS Global Accounts. The successful candidate will develop a cohesive strategy across multiple campaign themes and marketing channels that represents the most crucial AWS technologies and support for our Enterprise customers. The Campaigns Marketing Manager will work very closely with the Global Accounts Marketing, Sales, and broader Global Accounts teams to strategize, deliver, and optimize outbound campaigns across channels including (but not limited to) email, landing pages, asset creation, social media, content syndication, site merchandising, paid media, and webinars to help drive leads, acquire new customers, increase product adoption, and expand awareness of AWS solutions.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple programs at one time and have a proven track record executing integrated lead generation and sales campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline growth within existing customers through strategic marketing programs.
Create, execute, and manage lead generation programs in partnership with cross-functional internal teams that will drive strategic platform adoption and accelerate usage.
Take the lead on project planning for broad reaching sales campaigns, including sales readiness, targeting and list acquisition, email/digital marketing strategy, tracking, and measurement.
Act as the main marketing point of contact and partner for Global Accounts Inside Sales and Demand Generation teams to own lead follow up strategy and co-ordinate execution.
Work with digital marketing experts and/or vendors to execute campaigns across multiple digital channels such as (but not limited to) email, landing pages, social media, content syndication, site merchandising, paid media, and webinars.
Lead a cross-functional group of marketers to develop industry specific iterations of your campaigns with a cohesive, multi-channel, and well-aligned strategy.
Partner closely with the Global Campaigns Team to ensure campaign consistency across the globe.
Support localization efforts for assets and campaign programs based on language preference.
Work closely with the Marketing Automation team to own the lead scoring strategy for Global Accounts.
Set up a scalable campaign tracking structure across marketing channels and themes to create reporting best practices and co-ordinate across Global Accounts Marketing to ensure consistent use of this structure.
Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com or Tableau to provide visibility into marketing campaign results and measure campaign effectiveness, including outbound marketing metrics, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Analyze these metrics to drive future marketing decisions and engagement strategy.
Lead the targeting and customer segmentation for digital campaigns across a variety of initiatives.
Clear, consistent, and frequent communication with the Global Accounts marketing team to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.
Facilitate marketing campaign prioritization in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and develop an annual marketing plan.
Create and own the content repository for Global Accounts to facilitate campaign activation and communication with stakeholders.
Build and manage a calendar for demand generation programs across Global Accounts to provide transparency for and create alignment with key stakeholders.
Partner with key subject matter experts in marketing and sales to translate meaningful content into customer action.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, campaign marketing, or industry marketing role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience.
Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking.
Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketo (or Eloqua) and Salesforce.com (or Tableau).
Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.
Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and help accelerate opportunities.
Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns.
Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent project management skills.
Marketo Certified Expert a plus.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
Advanced Salesforce.com and Tableau experience preferred.
