Job Description:
Amazon is looking for a motivated and customer-obsessed Sr Product Marketing Manager to join the EU Go-to-Market (GTM) team within EU Marketing! This exciting position will play a central role in scaling and optimizing customer lifecycle engagement campaigns and will work with partner teams inside Amazon to identify content testing tech solutions, build new placements/features suited to engagement actions and leverage external data sources to support new cross-channel targeting options.

The primary responsibility for this role will be to build intelligent products that will help automated the process of delivering personalized content experiences to all customers. You will work with a variety of international teams and stakeholders to realign the architecture and the processes we use to communicate with shoppers across touchpoints. You will need to understand and explain complex technical issues, discern impact, and communicate these to both technical and non-technical partner teams to drive resolution. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Product and tech teams using Business Requirement Documents, user stories, technical reviews as well as quantitative and qualitative data to align stakeholders from both our team and other teams toward solutions that materially affects way of doing business. You will work with automated channel teams on best-practice campaign execution, define rules and guidelines, which raise the bar for lifecycle engagement content, and will establish success metrics for the product performance and maintain tracking mechanisms for those metrics.

The role can be based in either of the following locations: London, Paris, Munich, Madrid or Milan.

Key Responsibilities:
· Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and improve product capabilities.
· Partner with product, platform and channel owners to influence their roadmaps to include features which complement and support delivery, automation and scale of go-to-market plans.
· Define requirements and scope of new features.
· Liaise closely with the tech and BI teams to secure deliverables related to content testing tools and targeting capabilities.
· Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications
· 8+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology.
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Proven track record in product management, including ability to develop new product ideas, define business requirements in detail, and work closely with technical teams.
· An ability to dive deep into data, technical systems and customer feedback with equal passion.
· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
· Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.
· Self-starter with a proven record of learning new tools and achieving results independently and autonomously within ambiguous situations.
· Excellent communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred qualifications
· Post-graduate education / Masters level qualification
· Ability to quickly learn a varied set of software and tools.
· Knowledge of SQL and data presentation skills.
· Regional or multi-country experience preferred.
· Experience working with remote teams.
