DESCRIPTION

Amazon’s EU Marketing Team is seeking an ambitious intern to join us in our London office for six months and support our EU efforts on paid mobile app acquisition and engagement. An Amazon internship provides you with an unforgettable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment; it will enhance your resume and will provide a superb introduction to business and marketing. This role is suited to someone currently enrolled in an educational program at bachelor or master level which includes a 6 month internship or placement (you would be expected to go back to university following your internship)

The ideal candidate will partner with internal technical, product, design, and marketing teams while successfully managing relationships with external advertising partners (e.g. Google, Facebook, and/or other ad networks). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple teams, utilize new technology to develop marketing campaigns, work on an international level, and manage high exposure projects within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and improve effectiveness of paid advertising initiatives to drive adoption and engagement for the Amazon app
· Demonstrate ability to create and optimizing advertising campaigns, analyze traffic data and solve tactical problems
· Enforce measurement and optimization of campaign efficiency based on Long Term Value
· Contribute to managing relationships with several mobile ad networks
· Provide performance reporting and analysis on mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained
· Collaborate with mobile technical and business teams within Amazon as well as external suppliers to manage simultaneous time sensitive projects
· Communicate projects and results to global stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Currently enrolled in an educational program at bachelor or master level which includes a 6 month internship (you would be expected to go back to university following your internship)
Bachelor’s degree required
· Fluent English
· Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
· Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.

The successful candidate must be able to start immediately/ April 2018

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous experience in online marketing, mobile, consulting or investment banking preferred
