We are looking for a talented European Channel Marketing Manager who is ready to work in a rapidly changing industry. You will lead our EU retail channel launch and expansion strategy for Blink and Eero products. You will be will work closely with the European local marketing, sales and account teams to develop high impact marketing communications, deliver break-through onsite and in-store experiences, and create rigorous analytical processes to measure their efficacy while optimizing the overall budget.

Responsibilities
· Delivery of campaign and launch plans of Amazon devices, primarily leaning into VICC security and services through our EU5 offline partners.
· Successfully execute marketing activities, permanent and temporary display fixtures, retailer website strategy or training plans in order to drive category growth across EU5.
· Ensure all account and marketing plans are delivered on plan, on budget and achieving desired objectives.
· Execute and ensure tracking to plan of Joint Business Plan pillars, resulting in delivery of JBP and Op2 volume targets.
· Develop and strengthen contacts with account contacts, account management and agencies to deliver plans.
· Execute MDF (Marketing Development Fund) and OPEX budgets and tracking for EU5 accounts. Successfully plan, execute and track spends in line with budget forecasts, delivering upon financial tracking and reporting requirements.
· Develop strong review and tracking mechanisms to continually trial, learn and roll out learnings into new plans. Establish benchmark, then continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of plans.
· Execute end-to-end launch plans for new products across EU5 retail marketplace across all existing and new Amazon device product categories.
· Successfully plan and roll out any new business accounts, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of activation plans in line with volume aspirations.
· Deliver an engaging and consistent CX across EU5 retail stores and retailer.com, taking into account local differences and nuances.
· Understand the detail behind EU5 retailers within the business, ensuring all tactical nuances are understood and championed within the business (i.e. capabilities, turnaround times, limitations)

The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal, is a key competency as is demonstrable skill as a self-starter. You should be comfortable operating autonomously with ambiguity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· The successful candidate will demonstrate:
· Excellent understanding of consumer product marketing strategies especially in the off-line retail and high-technology space
· Track record of success in multi-party marketing partnerships and extensive experience working with consumer electronics retailers
· Ability to understand complex product attributes and relate their benefits into culturally relevant, channel-appropriate communications
· Ability to execute methodically
· High attention to detail including precise and effective communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
· Experience in consumer marketing such as channel marketing, retail marketing, product marketing, merchandising, or advertising
· Demonstrated success in data intensive quantitative analysis and recommendations; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up program recommendations and results
· Experience across European markets.
· Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
· Bachelor’s degree required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA or equivalent
· High-technology consumer experience
· Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
· Preference to be fluent in German, French, Italian or Spanish language(s) is a plus but not essential
