DESCRIPTION

Ring is looking for a brilliant Head of Production to drive Ring’s brand storytelling within all forms of audiovisual content, across European media and retail channels. You’re a creative visionary, who has inspired, directed, and Executive Produced stunning creative work for both large brands with cache, and tiny startups who shoe-strapped their way to greatness. Above all, you are a master at telling strong brand and product stories on every size of screen.

Reporting into the Marketing Director of Europe, you’ll hire and lead an internal production team, source and direct production companies, and drive outside agencies and partners. You execute at an exceptional level, with exceptional attention to detail, overseeing and inspiring a team that does the same, developing and implementing systems for tracking, managing, and reporting as you create.

As a key marketing driver, your ability to hire and manage a Team will be counted on, you understand the European and global product marketing landscape, and you have an uncanny ability to move your audience with every piece of content your team creates.

Responsibilities
· Oversight of all Ring productions in Europe
· Developing, adapting and localizing creative narratives that underscore and grow the Ring brand
· Assessing local production needs, allocating relevant Production teams to each project
· Managing local Producers and Production Companies
· Hiring staff, establishing and monitoring production tools and workflows
· Scheduling and coordination for multiple simultaneous productions
· Liaising with key stakeholders regarding project budgets, creative timelines, and project plans

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 10+ years of creative experience working with agencies or global brands
· 8+ years of experience in a Senior Production role
· Bachelor’s degree in film, advertising, communications, design, or equivalent experience
· Online portfolio reflecting expertise for TV, video, radio, and/or motion graphics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Thorough understanding of the production pipeline and post-production processes
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Ability to stay calm under pressure and tight deadlines
· Creative problem solver accustomed to working on own initiative
· Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (product, strategy, media, production, etc…)
· Strong collaboration and communication skills
· Strong presentations skills - both within the department and to stakeholders
· Well-timed tenacity and conviction
· Strong desire to mentor both in and out of the creative department
· Ability to work well as both a team player and leader
· A positive, entrepreneurial spirit
· Customer-focused thinking
