European Insight & Innovation Planner – Global FMCG

Exceptional candidate needed for this rare and exciting strategic insight & planning role with a remit to guide this global leader and innovator in the drinks industry into the next generation of growth opportunities. With responsibility for seeking out early innovation start points and platforms based on deep consumer, cultural and category insight, your challenge will be to shape insight into compelling brand concepts, and then influence key stakeholders across the business to embrace opportunity areas and leverage them to drive real, incremental growth.
Using cutting edge qual & quant techniques to identify and verify consumer trends, issues and behaviour, you will play a key role in developing new brand/product concepts; ensuring the innovation pipeline is grounded in clear, rigorous, creative and commercial thinking, taking into account differences in markets across Europe, as well as differences in consumer behaviour in the on and off trade. The challenge is how to identify relevant opportunity areas and development/launch priorities in what is a very dynamic operating culture.
