Exceptional candidates needed ASAP for 2 challenging and interesting senior SBM opportunities working across the European region on major FMCG brands. In these key roles based at this global FMCG’s European HQ, you will focus on key initiatives to drive growth, leading innovation and product renovation projects, developing integrated A&P brand campaigns and playing a central role in shaping longer-term category and brand strategies. On a day-to-day basis, you will work collaboratively with local teams across the company’s key markets, ensuring that brand initiatives are market relevant and will be launched effectively to maximise revenue and share growth.
A classical FMCG training is key for this role with hands-on experience gained in one or more blue-chip FMCG companies, ideally (but not essential) with local market and international exposure. You will have a proven track record managing successful innovation initiatives; ideally within a matrix based structure with regional/global teams and local activation. You’ll be commercially savvy with broad experience across the mix, working in conjunction with major agencies and insight, digital and media teams. We’re looking for strong strategic and analytical thinkers with a strong grasp of P&L and insight/data; people who can use their leadership and communication skills to bring new ideas to the table and drive them through the business. A willingness to travel is required together with a longer-term interest in moving geographically to take on more senior roles. Fluency in English is key and German would be valuable.
