The Role:


Contribute to design, development and maintenance of event management best practices. Support adoption and execution of common event processes by developing and using consistent templates and tools.


Maintain central repository of best practices, capabilities, common tools, etc. as well as overall global event calendar.


Lead event management’s database program, working with and managing database resources to fully leverage the power of the data. Support analytics program.


Support overall events team in execution of common policies and GDPR compliance.

Skills and Experience:

* Few years B to B event management or related experience with proven success managing large scale hosted events, tradeshows and conferences
* Event management and execution
* Project management
* Solid professional presence and ability to interact with multiple points of contact across functional groups at various career level, including executives
* Analytics a plus
* Proactive, self-starter who is motivated and driven to make a difference within the team
* Accountable and engaged
* Attention to detail and high-quality work outputs
* Well organized with program management skills and an ability to manage multiple work streams and programs simultaneously
* Strong team player, willing to collaborate for best results
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
