Their business centres around research and people with a sharp focus on quality. They produce bespoke conferences and original content for communities in the UK, Mainland Europe, the U.S., the Middle East, the Asia Pacific, Australia and Africa.

As an Event Apprentice, you'll form a critical part of the management team's growth plan, taking on full responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of some key company projects. As such, your role will constantly evolve and develop as the business grows. You'll be expected to seek opportunities to add value, advise the management team on new project opportunities as well as take on other ad hoc responsibilities.

Required skillset
- To be successful in this role you must be commercially minded, resilient, proactive, ambitious, an excellent communicator and motivated by targets
- Great written and verbal communication to build relationships and report. This is the single most important competency that they are looking for
- A passion for events and a good commercial acumen
- To be comfortable working to deadlines and targets
- Competency in managing many moving parts to deliver something exceptional
