Great events assistant contract within a top law firm!

Supporting the events team until end of December 2019 (with possible extension), you'll be involved in helping the events team run seminars, conferences and client entertainment relating to the firms various practices and sector specialisms, plus you'll get to take on greater responsibilities for smaller events yourself! You'll also work with business development teams to ensure both budget and firm goals are aligned, keep partners abreast of activity, produce event/marketing materials, use event/CRM/RSVP software, plus further related duties e.g. sourcing venues etc.

Whilst a professional services background would be advantageous for this role, it's not essential (although at least corporate exposure is); what is essential, alongside being able to start immediately, is previous events experience - and this is a super chance for an events assistant to bring that expertise to an internationally renowned law firm where you'll be able to really enhance your events credentials in the professional services arena.
