The Organisation is the independent charity that looks after some of the most iconic sites in the UK today including Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace, the Banqueting House, Kew Palace and Hillsborough Castle.
They are currently recruiting for a full Events Co-ordinator to support the Functions & Events Team at Hampton Court Palace.
Your challenge will be to deliver high-quality administrative support to the Events team at Hampton Court Palace. To succeed, you will need to be an enthusiastic individual who is calm under pressure and has an efficient and diplomatic approach.
Well organised and customer-focused, you will have some office based experience in a customer service environment. You will also possess excellent IT skills (including MS Word and Excel) be able to manage databases as necessary and maintain filing systems.
With well-developed interpersonal skills, you will be a highly motivated self-starter who is equally happy dealing with enquiries face to face or on the telephone.
Applicants should have an innovative and creative approach to problem solving and enjoy working as part of a high achieving team.
Please note, you must be prepared to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if the events schedule requires it.
