The employee will have the day-to-day responsibility for researching and updating the Celebrity Intelligence events database, including inputting and proofing events as well as researching high value celebrity attendance content.

Key accountabilities

* Build and maintain a calendar of events relevant to the Celebrity Intelligence brand, ensuring that the content offering is as full and complete within a timely manner for our subscribers

* Ensure weekly and monthly updates and rollover schedule are adhered to

* Build strong relationships with contra partners, knowing who to use and when to gather niche content and celebrity attendees in a timely manner

* Suggest new potential contra opportunities for events-led content

* Build and send daily events bulletin

* Deputise the Events Content Manager when necessary

* Source and input relevant breaking events and media opportunities

* Participation in all areas event content creation

* Execute daily checks to ensure that home page content is up-to-date and the best selection of events are being surfaced for subscribers both on the UK and US lenses

* Take ownership of bespoke content projects, including event hotlines and bento box maintenance on the site

* Ensure that all editorial content is objective, accurate and relevant to clients

* Establish and develop relationships with event organisers, PRs, sponsors and venues to gain leads for content
