We have an exciting opportunity for a FCTP Strategic Data Delivery Lead to join our team in our Milton Keynes office.

As a FCTP Strategic Data Delivery Lead you will be responsible for the management of the end to end data delivery supporting the Strategic Technology implementations across the Retail, Corporate and Investment Bank.

The objective of the Financial Crime Transformation Programme (FCTP) is to achieve sustainable compliance through the material improvement of Santander UK's Financial Crime controls, processes and systems.

As a FCTP Strategic Data Delivery Lead your main responsibilities will be

* Leading and driving all aspects of data management with regard to the strategic technology implementations from design to execution.

* Facilitate and approve data designs (architecture, modelling & technical mapping).

* Anticipate Data Quality issues through assessment, directing and influencing plans for resolution.

* Ensuring all project plans are synchronised and delivered to the programme implementation timetable. This will require facilitation of projects inside and outside of the programme, e.g. Source system development, Data Ecosystem build & Financial Crime state technologies.

* Management of Data reconciliation/certification for each data implementation event including defect resolution.

* Deputy to the Head of FCTP Data Workstream, driving progressive maturity in all data capabilities as a service to Financial Crime.

* Presenting findings and recommendations to divisional heads on innovative and radical changes that have an impact on achievement of divisional objectives

Minimum skills and experience required

* Proven experience of managing large scale data workstreams / programmes

* Knowledge of IT, Operational infrastructure; data and data quality and the implications made by the change programme

* Experienced in leading and managing multi-disciplined or highly technical teams

* Strong influencing skills at Executive/Senior Manager level

* Knowledge of data management best practices
