The Role: You'll be responsible for executing the regional account-based marketing plan and execute campaigns to drive qualified opportunities into the pipeline for the sales team. You will be working within the Euro North Field Marketing team focussing on the Benelux and Nordics region. You will need to utilize a wide array of marketing skills including digital, content, webinars, events and direct mail. You'll work closely with the Field Marketing Director and regional sales teams to ensure your campaigns are tailored to meet local requirements and sales objectives.

Responsibilities of the Field Marketing Executive - Benelux / Nordics

  • Use Marketo, create and manage email campaigns, specially targeted and segmented via industry vertical or contact role function
  • Execute the new account-based marketing programme and activities in conjunction with sales
  • Partner with the Sales Development team to ensure Marketing Qualified Leads translate into Qualified Sales Opportunities
  • Manage the Marketing Automation Systems and campaigns (Marketo and Pardot) for local campaigns
  • Track and report on campaign effectiveness and monitor qualified opportunities

Requirements for the role of Field Marketing Executive - Benelux / Nordics

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in digital marketing, you'll be confident using marketing automation systems for demand generation, account-based marketing and pipeline acceleration
  • Dutch or French speaker preferred
  • Results driven with proven ability to maintain successful relationships with sales colleagues
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field (desired but not essential)
  • Travel within region - approximately 25%-£35%

The Package:

  • £28k-£32k basic salary
  • 25 days holiday + excellent wider benefits including pension and gym membership. Some flexibility for working from home (once settled in)
