The Manager in this role will be part of the Global Consumer Services Group Decision Support Center of Excellence (GCSG DSCOE) team within Corporate Planning and will be responsible for the financial planning, reporting, and results analysis activities for all International Consumer markets. Reporting to the Director of GCSG Decision Support COE – ICS Segment, the Manager will play a critical role in liaising across the regional GCSG LFO organizations to provide the International Consumer LFO office with comprehensive financial insights and a clear trajectory of the overall business momentum. In addition to BAU FP&A responsibilities, this role will work closely x-LOB DSCOE, including Finance Forward PMO teams, and across LFO teams to execute and deliver the Finance Forward transformation blueprint across capabilities and process.
As a highly visible role, this position requires a highly motivated individual with an ability to drive results and work autonomously with ambiguity, with a pro-active “can-do” attitudes.
This position will lead a Financial Analyst and will be a part of team responsible for the following:
Prepare the required decisions to achieve Global Consumer P&L targets over the short, medium, and long term.
Co-lead the planning process for International Consumer services (ICS), including the creation of the LRP, annual plan, and rolling outlook.
Develop tools to remove the ‘noise’ from the monthly results and focus on the core growth trends in the business.
Produce incisive and valuable performance analysis to Senior management on a timely basis, focusing on trends, key business performance, and risks & opportunities.
Partner with the GCSG DSCOE and LFO teams across geographies on investigation of P&L trends and variances to ensure insightful understanding of results and impact on Global Consumer Risk and Opportunities.
Work across the organization, linking with key partners across the Global Consumer LFO teams to incorporate strategic insights and local knowledge into the GCSG planning process.
Leverage emerging technology and capabilities to drive improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of DSCOE processes.

Deep knowledge of financial planning, results and analysis techniques.
Strong knowledge of consumer business, processes, and systems.
Very strong financial analysis and modelling skills are essential, with proven ability to drive analytical output aimed at identifying trends, developing key insights and required decisions for senior management.
Ability to synthesize complex data into an easy-to-understand message.
Strong collaberation and relationship building ability is essential including the ability to influence others without having direct authority.
Highly motivated with strong sense of accountability, initiative, and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Strong customer focus with ability to anticipate needs and desire to meet them.
Flexibility to accommodate different time zones across international markets.
Being flexible, enthusiastic, able to perform under pressure, and meet deadlines in a demanding environment is critical.
Strong working knowledge of TM1, Excel. Cornerstone/IDN experience and programming skills an advantage.
