We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Crime Channel Integration & Data Analyst to join our team in Milton Keynes or Ludgate Hill.

As a Financial Crime Channel & Integration Data analyst will be to engaging with Key stakeholders across Financial Crime, Tech and Digital in order to define the customer journeys, define the data points for the systems, risk assess the customers and make sure the channels for the product owners are fit for purpose.

As a Financial Crime Channel Integration and Data Analyst your main responsibilities will be

* Take a lead role in requirements definition, maintaining a focus on the customer throughout.

* Work with project / programme sponsors and stakeholders to capture desired outcomes and benefits and translate these into robust documented project requirements and features.

* Support any testing strategy and input into the coverage of test scenarios and conditions, ensuring all requirements in scope are tested.

* Working across multiple smaller projects managing small analysis teams on each.

* Gain agreement, usually from senior management, of the best method of introducing your recommendations to the business.

* Ensure smooth implementation of new customer journeys and processes by understanding the impact of the change, managing requirements effectively and anticipating risks and issues.

* Working with third parties to assess potential services that may have a positive influence on helping us to manage Financial Crime risk.

Minimum skills and experience required

* Previous experience in a Financial Crime or Fraud environment.

* Proven experience with process mapping, including the design and implementation.

* Previous data analysis knowledge; being able to look at trends and patterns.

* Knowledge of IT systems, preferably within Financial Crime or Fraud.

* Influencing skills to facilitate cross-functional working across the division and wider business.

You’ll be based in one of our biggest offices in the UK, right in the heart of Milton Keynes, home to a range of key functions including Marketing, Finance and Risk and conveniently located only a short walking distance from Milton Keynes Central rail station and Shopping Centre.
