Global Brand Manager

You’ll shape and deliver the growth strategy for our client. This role ensures the company's success by driving the development of the future brand growth strategy and creation of profitable, highly successful brand plans.

Global Brand Manager Responsibilities:

  •  Development of global brand growth strategy for them through in depth and insightful analysis of consumer, trend, market, financial and research data.
  •  Leads implementation of annual brand plans to develop and nurture our brands, ensuring relevance for global markets. Works with international markets to support local implementation and local adaptation where required.
  •  Manages external agencies to deliver integrated brand communications, ensuring consistency at all touch points for their consumers.
  •  Works collaboratively with global marketing teams to ensure consistency of brand look & feel and messaging in all markets, and to share and implement learnings from any activations.
  •  Works closely with licensors on any licensed range activity/product development.
  •  Develops trade marketing plans to ensure key customers are supported to maximise sales of their brands in store.
  •  Works closely with design team to develop NPD pipeline, based on trends, consumer, customer & market insight to support the growth agenda for their brands.
  •  Key member of NPD process, working cross functionally with design, sourcing, sales and manufacturing to deliver agreed product program of the best quality, on time and to meet agreed costs and commercials.
  •  Proactive range management, identifying the tail of the range and making recommendations to the business where necessary.
  •  Drives the brand value through development and delivery of 360 degree marketing plans, to include pricing, promotion and merchandising strategy.
  •  Ownership of brand P&L, including budget management.
  •  Accountability for brand performance & reporting – tracking financials, market data and brand tracking to monitor and manage performance versus budget and putting plans in place to course correct where necessary.
  •  You will champion your brands internally, and act as the voice of the consumer in their business.


Global Brand Manager Requirements:

  •  You will have 2/3 years of experience in a Brand Management role.
  •  You should also have 2/3 years of experience working in a consumer goods business.
  •  Must be adaptable to change.
