The Role:

As Global Client Services Director, you will be responsible for building and managing a large team over multiple locations and leading senior client relationships. In this position, you will design and execute their Client Development Plan with the Managing Director and own client commercial forecasting and lead your teams to achieve the existing client sales growth number globally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design Client Development plans for global and regional key accounts:
• Working with your teams in each region, design and implement Global Client Development plans for each of their key accounts that maximize revenues and expand the portfolio of revenue generation services and products beyond marketing
• Inspiring global teams to be passionate about digital marketing and customer experience
• Leading global teams to grow their accounts in line with the business development plan
• Drive organic growth through high levels of client satisfaction:
• Build out approaches for all client services teams to ensure they can easily engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality output
• Regularly monitor processes within the agency to ensure they are delivering effectively and profitably
• Manage all client service teams: With all teams ultimately reporting into you, you will need to think creatively to resource accounts efficiently while ensuring career development opportunities for all employees.


Essential Skills:

• 5+ years in a senior client service role
• Proven experience in growing global, enterprise clients ($1m+ annual spend per client)
• 10+ years' experience in digital marketing, martech and/or demand generation
• Experience of coaching teams to develop individuals both personally and professionally
• Experience of building teams globally and creating a collaborative environment despite timezone and remote working pressures
• Build trust and confidence with team members through medium- and long-term direction, setting of team and individual goals
• Strong commercial acumen to ensure maximum recovery of time within the team and to drive value selling of the agency's services as they develop
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders to represent the company professionally
• Initiative and determination to see a project through from start to finish
• Excellent client-facing, networking, and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work with tact and confidentiality with senior decisions making teams
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
