Here's the chance for you to take control of an 'always on', high visibility TTL marketing programme with a significant media spend, leafing a Global marketing unit, responsible for a highly visible brand and performance marketing programmes on behalf of a rapidly growing and disruptive brand within the consumer travel industry.
The business is looking to engage with a truly customer centric marketer with an international consumer marketing pedigree to lead this programme. Because of this being a Global remit, you will be leading a largely matrix team set all over the world, devising and overseeing implementation of the country and consumer segment marketing strategy.
This is a very sophisticated digital business with a massive investment in marketing in order to drive awareness, traffic and brand preference. The programme you will own will be executed across owned, earned and paid for channels which covers the breadth of on and offline media channels too. The programme you will oversee will cut across all channels (CRM, website, App, paid social, including TV, radio, OOH, PPC, display, etc.) and will be designed to drive both brand and performance metrics within each and every consumer segment across the globe.
They're looking for a high-impact marketer from a consumer marketing pedigree for this opportunity. Ideally you've had international marketing experience and have owned marketing programmes which sit across both brand and performance/direct response/acquisition marketing.
Principal conversion channels for consumers will be online, so the programme you will be presiding over will be looking to drive site traffic, but through integrated, omni-channel, always-on marketing campaigns.
You will own the campaign calendar for Global, translating this into country specific programmes, and ensuring media spend is driving the appropriate volumes as well as quality of customer, ensuring trading results are being achieved whilst also ensuring brand measures are also being positively impacted too.

Salary: £85-100k base (dependant on experience)
