Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role needs a Marketing Director with a highly-impressive and international track record, having worked previously in either financial services, technology, software/IT or online retailers. These are essential requirements.
Managing Regional Marketing Directors, you will have previously dominated markets and excelled in ROI performance and improvement for individual countries, having the experience to lead and grow this company on a global scale. You will have previously pioneered and implemented the brand strategy, bringing departments together with trust and leadership, forging new identities to ensure the utmost level of brand equity and subsequent profitability and progression for the brand.
You will have transformed the direction of companies previously, having built and coached high-performing teams that focus on achieving exponential and disruptive advancements in ROI. You will have led virality initiatives and explicitly measured engagement through combatting traditions and going truly outside the box to build traffic, gaining trusted referrals and developing the company's name to be respected and unparalleled in its field.
Core requirements for this position will be building a digital community and that creates lasting impressions and engagement. This role will be highly-analytical and requires a candidate with substantial experience of performance measurement and delivery. It is vital that whoever takes on this role has a deep understanding of ecommerce or indeed products sold almost-entirely online.
You will be comfortable with addressing company change and developing the growth strategy from scratch. With your unbeatable leadership style, you will filter down your plans to your regional directors with clarity and efficiency. You will be amiable and likeable, maintaining and flourishing a culture of absolute collaboration to build a global marketing function that is second to none.
