POSITION SUMMARY

Our employees expect a productive, engaging, enjoyable work experience.
Rather than focus narrowly on employee engagement and culture, we are seeking
to develop an integrated focus on the entire employee experience, bringing
together all the workplace, HR and management practices that impact people on
the job. We are also seeking to create
an inclusive working environment where people are able to be themselves and
contribute fully irrespective of difference.

The role holder will
develop and implement the AXA Partners strategies to deliver an inclusive
environment and positive employee experience.

DIMENSIONS OF ROLE

The role has
no direct reports and you will report to the Global Head of Capability; there
are HRBPs in the most significant geographies and in the business lines who
will support delivery of activity.

The role
holder will work closely with colleagues leading workplace, HR and other
management processes and practices to ensure that key concepts of inclusion are
embedded and that creating a positive employee experience is a consideration in
their strategies. The remit of the role is global.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy – Inclusion and Employee Experience

* Develop and implement a strategy that will build a culture of inclusion across the business where everyone is able to bring their authentic selves to work, identifying priority areas and phases of work according to business priorities
* Develop and implement a strategy that will create an engaging and seamless employee experience

Delivery - Inclusion &
Employee Experience

Inclusion

* Work with the wider team of recruitment, talent and leadership professionals to build inclusive practices across the organisation and employee lifecycle
* Research and advise on diversity and inclusion issues and creating appropriate programmes
* Identify external trends and recognise best practice which will increase diversity and inclusion in the workforce
* Review policies and procedures ensuring that these are all inclusive
* Establish appropriate methods e.g. internal employee networks to leverage the appetite of employees to collaborate and develop organisation-wide inclusion practices.

Employee Experience

* Bring AXA Partner’s distinctive brand values and attributes to life from an employee standpoint aligning experience with the company’s strategy
* Involve employees in the design of their engaging every day experience through collaborative approaches
* Leverage and connect the dots between all initiatives impacting employees, directly or indirectly, fostering collaboration among stakeholders and teams
* Identify the moments that matter from an employee perspective and intentionally shape them to meet employees’ expectations and create positive emotions about working at AXA Partners.

Data & Metrics

* Work with the data team to define robust mechanisms for regular reporting MI / data relating to inclusion and employee experience.

Qualifications

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience

* Postgraduate degree in business management with a preference for focus in HR/Industrial Relations/Organisation Behaviour
* HR management experience
* Experience in an international context
* Fluent English language skills to professional standard; fluency in another language desirable.

Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* A demonstrable passion for diversity and inclusion and creating a positive employee experience
* Evidence of influencing and delivering cultural change and leading successful business critical change initiatives and programmes in a commercial environment
* Ability to operate as a trusted partner with business leaders, to bring strategic insights, challenge and influence
* Ability to create a vision, develop solutions and influence the business to implement.
* Excellent relationship, interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to communicate with and influence a diverse range of people and cultures
* Comfortable working in a complex matrix environment and able to deliver results through others
* Ability to analyse and use data and insights to identify business/ people issues and facilitate decision making
* Demonstrates understanding of external trend market practices and ability to use these to benchmark and innovate
* Emotional resilience with the ability to work calmly under pressure in an environment that can be ambiguous and complex.
