We are looking for an experienced Global Program Manager for our Small & Medium Business (SMB) team to develop and manage sales programs to market and grow adoption of our Workplace product. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the role that communication and collaboration can play in improving the productivity and effectiveness of people in the workplace. We expect that you'll have owned specific KPIs and driven top-line growth through multiple channels.

In this newly formed role your mission will be to design, test, and scale global sales programs. Such is the visibility and impact of this role, that you will be tasked with building business cases to influence investment decisions. Success in this position requires strategic thinking, leadership, impeccable communication, strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to lead large cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

Lead global sales programs to drive revenue growth with end-to-end ownership of the business case

*
Plan, test and scale new sales programs or improvements to existing programs to grow adoption of Workplace product leveraging a global sales force

*
Work cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Sales Ops to execute on global sales programs

*
Drive team reporting, performance assessment and communicate results to key stakeholders (executive and operational) in order to rapidly scale successful programs

*
Manage stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

*
To be successful in this role we believe the following attributes are important:

Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to develop business plans, customers and market insights, analyse program effectiveness

*
Ability to think strategically about complex issues leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans that drive high ROI

*
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent commercial experience

*
Proven experience creating marketing and/or sales programs

*
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about issues, and influence internal and external stakeholders

*
Fluency in English

*
Experience providing direction to and leading cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications

*
Experience providing direction to and leading cross-functional teams

*
Experience working on collaboration software, software-as-a-service and/or enterprise productivity or social products

*
Experience with sales and marketing programs aimed at partners

*
Experience in SaaS
