Graduate Customer Product Manager
Our client is a market leading FMCG business with a portfolio of highly successful products. An exciting entry level graduate opportunity has arisen for someone with 12 months commercial experience to join the product team.
The key remit of the role of Product Manager is the development of new products and the re-development of existing products. You will utilise continuous data sets such as TNS, IRI, Kantar, Mintel and epos data to identify consumer needs or gaps in the market, the actionable recommendations you gather will then inform your NPD/EPD planning.
You must have a minimum of 12 months experience gained in a product, category or commercial role ideally in a B2C business. Whilst FMCG experience isn't essential, experience of utilising the above mentioned data sets is as it forms a large part of the decision making process. You must have exposure to the grocery retail trade and be a confident communicator at all levels.
