We have been passionate about producing high-quality events both live and virtual for over 10 years now. Leaders in many of the industry sectors, we are now looking for two strong, proactive graduates who will go the extra mile to produce fantastic events, a Graduate Sponsorship Executive and a Graduate Conference Producer.

Graduate Sponsorship Executive:
If you're goal-oriented, hardworking with great communication skills and excited to find new sponsors, you'll have the opportunity to earn lots of commission (uncapped). You'll need to have a great entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy interacting with people.
- Identifying the key sectors to sell into
- Account management of current clients
- Creating a sales database
- Marketing and copywriting
- Cold-calling new sales leads
- Writing bespoke sponsorship packages
- Client meetings
- Running the conference

Graduate Conference Producer:
Be responsible for the creation of the event from the very beginning! As the creative mind of the conference, you will be in charge of shaping the agenda, content and speaker line-up. You will need exceptional organisational, research, English grammar and creative writing skills as well as being a commercial, ambitious, high-energy self-starter.
- In-depth telephone/desk research into target markets
- Creating databases
- Writing sales-orientated content and agendas
- Writing copy for marketing campaigns
- Influencing and recruiting speakers on the telephone and face-to-face
- Liaising and organising the speakers on the actual day of the conference

The two successful graduates will have:
- A great eye for detail and the ability to handle yourself professionally on the phone and face-to-face
- Exceptional English grammar and creative writing skills
- A professional, calm, courteous and friendly manner
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- A commercial mind and determination to succeed
- An excellent eye for detail
- A pro-active, positive and 'can do' attitude
- An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Maturity and versatility
- Problem solving, self-motivation and initiative

Between £20k - £25k + Bonus, 25 days holiday + company pension.

Equidistant to London Bridge and London Waterloo stations, our fun and friendly office is located on the beautiful Southbank.

The successful graduate will have a minimum of six months' work experience (no conference/event experience necessary) and a strong academic record - please state your A-Levels and GCSEs clearly. Minimum 2.1 degree required.
