We are looking for an experienced designer to create outstanding designs and creative campaigns across all of our on and offline channels. To provide print ready artwork, print and digital design where required. The designer will work along-side the marketing executive. You will be full of ideas and have the skill to rationalise and communicate these to the rest of the team and your internal clients.

Key Areas:

*Creating artwork for a variety of communications material to include: Advertising, Branding and Marketing projects/campaigns - including digital
*Delivering projects including; Email Marketing Designs, Social Media Advertising, PSL documents, Sales Collateral, Brochures, Print and Web Documents for clients and candidates
*Creating artwork of the highest standard within company and brand guidelines.
*Where required, developing new and exciting concepts to bring our brand to life and help tell our story to our customers
*Build upon/extend/evolve existing marketing materials and campaigns
*Preparing layouts, formatting text to style sheets and preparing files for printers
*Putting together internal guidelines for artwork
*Working on a variety of different projects covering typography, retouching designs, layouts and illustrations and digital where required
*Ability to clearly articulate your creative process, thoughts, ideas, and point of view

What specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require?

*Foundation degree, HND or degree in graphic design or other art and design-based subject.
*Proven experience of Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator and associated prototyping tools. InDesign
*Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design, conceptual thinking, and creative execution
*Good knowledge of Digital design trends and experience in modern graphic design mediums and their uses
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Experiences in creating, preparing, proofing and checking print ready artwork
*An ability to work on a number of projects at any time. You will be exceptionally organised and adept at managing your own workload across a broad range of projects and deadlines for multiple internal clients
