Overall Purpose:
We’re looking for a music-loving graphic and motion designer to join the digital teams behind capitalfm.com and heart.co.uk. If you’re confident in creating cutting edge content for two of the UK’s biggest radio brands, then this could be the role for you.

You need to have your finger firmly on the pulse of all the latest trends as well a wealth of ideas to help engage our audience every day with great visual content.

Who we're looking for:
We’re looking for a creative and pro-active designer with experience and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects. You must have the creativity and strategic planning ability to drive the brands forward visually, as well as working well under pressure and being able to adhere to brand guidelines.

What you'll be doing:

* You will be responsible for creating world-class graphic and motion elements for Capital and Heart to engage and drive audience numbers.
* Using Adobe Premiere and After Effects, you’ll create and animate engaging graphical video content and develop new and unique ways of using the brand templates.
* You’ll pioneer the integration of graphical content into our day-to-day workstreams, to ensure the radio stations look as good as they sound.
* You’ll work with the social and digital teams to help drive and develop Global’s wider social strategy as well as enhancing our daily social media activity on Capital and Heart’s to ensure their feeds stand out from the crowd.
* You’ll use a variety of design techniques (infographics etc) to enhance articles and editorial on both brands.

You’ll have these skills and experience

* You'll be full of ideas but also possess the ability to stimulate others to create great content. You'll always be thinking further ahead, and thinking strategically.
* Strong social media experience with a solid understanding of key broadcast platforms.
* The ability to tell a story, inspire and evoke emotion through your design.
* Strong communication skills.
* Relative brand experience or great brand knowledge.
* Self-starting, enterprising and ready to deliver ideas.
* You'll have loads of experience Adobe Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects.
