Group Marketing Manager, Hertford - Are you a marketing manager who's passionate about brands? Can you build a marketing function from scratch, growing a team around you? With experience working closely with brands - to build, maintain and grow - you will be comfortable in a standalone role initially, able to work across digital and offline channels. You'll be able to create and implement the marketing strategy, and will be a confident communicator, written and verbally. As the successful Marketing Manager here, you'll have experience with events and with creating innovative marketing collateral, and will be able to write engaging content for use across all channels.
Working closely with the sales team, you'll have a keen commercial drive and wider business knowledge, seeing your campaigns through to fruition to generate strong leads and a positive ROI. This is a cross-functional, but ultimately, a highly-autonomous role which is very rewarding, so the need to understand the bigger picture is essential, and you will be comfortable making decisions without huge amounts of support, being able to bring your creative new ideas to the table!
