Head of Campaigns and Appeals,Romford -
An outstanding not-for-profit organisation based in Romford is looking for a strategically-minded Head of Campaigns and Appeals to join their energetic team on a full or part time basis. You will need to be well acquainted with the world of direct marketing, preferably within charity, to succeed within this role - maximising response and conversion rates, and expanding donation opportunities.
Reporting to Director of Fundraising and Marketing, as Head of Campaigns and Appeals, your key responsibility will be focussed upon the effective development and implementation of a fruitful fundraising strategy, inspiring a call to action within audiences.
Some of your other responsibilities will include:
-Analysis and reporting on the efficacy of fundraising initiatives, suggesting and implementing enhancements where appropriate;
-Effective management of not only your direct reports, but also your wider team - enabling them to flourish whilst also motivating them to maintain exceptional performance rates;
For this role, our client has outlined that you need a deep understanding of all direct marketing aspects, including direct mail and email marketing; and you will have previous experience in the management of external creative agencies. You will also need to have an analytical mindset - striving to add value through conversion of key campaign data into valuable insights and growth opportunities. And lastly, being an outstanding communicator & organiser on all levels is essential to succeed in this diverse and fast-paced role.
