Our client is a global consumer goods powerhouse with an attractive brand portfolio that is comprised of household name brands. An exciting new opportunity has arisen in the EMEA marketing team for a Head of Communications to join the team and lead the EMEA marketing communications strategy.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Head of Communications is responsible for building brand equity and developing integrated marketing campaigns across the full consumer path to purchase across the EMEA region. In this role you will lead the EMEA marketing communications team to develop fully integrated campaigns to maximise consumer engagement and build global brand equity. With a special focus on digital, the role will lead on paid, owned and earned communications plans to deliver an enhanced omni-channel experience.
This is a high profile role that requires an experienced communications expert with a strong digital skill set and excellent people management and development capability. The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy with the ability to analyse and track communications plans with a focus on ROI. You will lead on new product launch communications, working with local marketing teams on the roll out of the plans.
The ideal candidate will have a significant amount of marketing communications experience gained in a branded consumer goods setting including brand building, media planning, management of web and social channels, SEM and PR. Experience of leading global or regional brand positioning work, shaping brand and communications campaigns and big idea concept development for a large scale consumer brand is essential.
