Head of Community, Corporate & Events Fundraising, Romford -
An outstanding not-for-profit organisation based in Romford is looking for a creatively-minded Head of Community, Corporate & Events Fundraising to join their energetic team on a permanent basis. You will need to be well acquainted with the world of fundraising and entrepreneurial in your approach to this role - driving fundraising opportunities and maximising donation opportunities.

Reporting to Director of Fundraising and Marketing, as Head of Community, Corporate & Events Fundraising, your key responsibility will be focussed upon the effective development and implementation of a fruitful fundraising strategy, inspiring a call to action within audiences.

Some of your other responsibilities will include:
-Analysis and reporting on the efficacy of fundraising initiatives, suggesting and implementing enhancements where appropriate;
-Effective management of not only your direct reports, but also your wider team - enabling them to flourish whilst also motivating them to maintain exceptional performance rates;

For this role, our client has requested that you will have a degree or equivalent in marketing (for example, Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma). You will also need to have extensive fundraising experience in at least two of the fundraising channels this role focusses upon and be an outstanding communicator & organiser on all levels to succeed in this fast-paced, target-driven role.

Due to the location of their offices this role would be commutable for candidates travelling from Dagenham, Upminster, Brentwood, Ilford, Barking, Romford, Stratford and Cheshunt.
