Better Placed are delighted to be partnering with a well established retailer based in Nottingham that due to continued growth are looking for a Head of CRM to join their forever growing company!

As the Head of CRM you will have a minimum of 7 years experience within a similar role whereby you have had experience managing multiple budget lines, so previous experience of managing budgets from inception through to reconciliation is definitely required. You will create and lead their CRM strategy whilst remaining responsible for the development, implementation, tracking and the optimisation of their customers data. The successful candidate must have an analytical mindset and must be able to report therefore having strong communication skills is another must.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Must have strong leadership skills and enjoy helping to develop a team
  • Extensive experience of customer journey development using test & learn strategies
  • Strong analytical skills as being able to report is a must
  • You will have experience across multiple email platforms and CRM platforms
  • Strong grasp of website analytics and marketing tools
  • Extensive experience of CRM strategy and campaign management
  • Experience delivering upskilling and drive digital capability to key business stakeholders
