This new, challenging and exciting role will see you take the helm in building a team of analytics professionals and product developers, setting strategic vision, and driving sales and pioneering innovative, high performance propositions.
As part of the group’s overall customer insights offering, this practice will leverage research, data analytics, AI, machine learning and always-on platforms to provide clients with deeper insights, superior customer experiences, stronger sales performance and frictionless service operations. You won’t be starting from scratch – instead you’ll be able to amalgamate and commandeer some related functions elsewhere across the group as a starting point, and then upscale this through adding additional expertise and offering strategic vision. As well as heading the customer analytics offering, you’ll also oversee a team of developers and product managers, responsible for the ongoing development of the group’s scalable customer technology offers too.
Overall this is a key hire for the business, a senior level appointment that will report into the UK customer advisory leadership. To take this on, your background must include senior level, deep quantitative functional expertise in customer research, data analytics, multivariate predictive modelling and associated software/platforms, with a track record applying this to client/industry challenges to deliver proven results. You’ll additionally be someone who has built teams, businesses or delivered growth, plus demonstrated success in implementing fast-growth propositions or services.
