Our client is a privately owned luxury travel business with offices globally. They work with some of the most prestigious destinations around the world and pride themselves in providing a 5 star service to their clientele.

They are looking for an experienced Head of Digital to join the business and manage a small team based from their Central London office. Reporting into the Chief Operational Officer you will be responsible for leading the development of the digital strategy across its website and mobile application.

You will manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, booking funnel and promotional campaigns whilst looking after all aspects of web analytics and reporting related to eCommerce. Working closely with the eMarketing team you will take responsibility for increasing the visitor acquisition targets and activity including CRM, email marketing, social media and delivering promotions to drive reservations.

For your application to be successful you must have a proven record in increasing the ROI for a similar business and have a passion for the travel and hospitality sector.
