The Role: The successful Head of Field Marketing will report into a US based CMO, and will have autonomy and control over the EMEA region. You will initially have 3 direct reports, with plans for growth subject to performance. Your primary objective will be to drive leads within the EMEA region, which will be achieved in a number of ways. You will be responsible for localising and adapting marketing campaigns, working closely with country managers to ensure effectiveness across EMEA. The successful Head of Field Marketing will also work closely with the sales team, creating an account-based marketing strategy and working with the team to execute this. You will be responsible for an event calendar consisting of 30 events, as well as partner events.
