The Role: The successful Head of Field Marketing will report into a US based CMO, and will have autonomy and control over the EMEA region. You will initially have 3 direct reports, with plans for growth subject to performance. Your primary objective will be to drive leads within the EMEA region, which will be achieved in a number of ways. You will be responsible for localising and adapting marketing campaigns, working closely with country managers to ensure effectiveness across EMEA. The successful Head of Field Marketing will also work closely with the sales team, creating an account-based marketing strategy and working with the team to execute this. You will be responsible for an event calendar consisting of 30 events, as well as partner events.

Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Create + manage the field marketing strategy
  • Localise content and campaigns alongside country managers
  • Work closely with the sales team to create an effective ABM strategy
  • Manage a wide-ranging team and agencies
  • Manage PR and Translation agencies who will support campaigns
  • Continue to hire and develop the EMEA marketing team

To be considered for the Head of Field marketing role, you must have:

  • 10 years marketing experience within a B2B SaaS/ tech company
  • Experience reporting in a US based head office
  • 5 years field marketing
  • Experience leading and growing high performance teams

The package:

  • £100-120k basic salary depending on experience
  • 20-30% performance related bonus
