Our client is a technology scale-up with over €150m in funding and a fast-growing international client base, providing a comprehensive suite of commercial products that are best-in-class. To support their commercial propositions, we have been retained to identify an accomplished Demand Generation Marketing Manager to build the growth marketing and demand generation function. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious growth marketeer who has delivered significant demand generation capabilities in a global B2B services or solutions provider to the commercial insurance market.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

·        Defining, developing, and executing the demand generation and growth marketing strategy in alignment with our client’s business objectives, working closely with key internal stakeholders, including Sales and Product teams to deliver an aligned global demand generation capability.

·        Identifying and producing a comprehensive list of qualified prospect customers through proactive outbound growth marketing programmes.

·        Developing long-term relationships with prospects, existing customers, and partners to fully understand customer and partner needs.

 

Experience required:

 

·        You will be an accomplished growth marketing manager or demand generation specialist who has worked extensively in the B2B technology services or solutions provider with products focused on the commercial insurance market.

·        An ability to work closely with the sales team to drive qualified leads generated from your marketing campaigns into commercial opportunities.

·        An understanding of property insurance, natural catastrophe response, and claims is advantageous.
