The role of Head of Marketing:
This is a brand-new role in the business, reporting to the Research Director and Commercial Director. The Head of Marketing will audit the business, understand the core priorities for the business, and create an innovative content-lead marketing strategy. Working with key stakeholders, the Marketing Executive and agencies (where necessary) it will then fall on the successful candidates shoulders to execute the strategy to:

The organisation has been around for 25 years and are specialists in the HR/Rewards vertical. Based in Central London they have grown their offering to include membership, networking, and a training business. The owners of the business are now in the position to hire a lead marketing specialist who can come in and take the business to the next level. The organisation is investing in two brand new website platforms, a new CRM platform and building out their marketing capability. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience of running a small-medium sized organisations marketing function.
