You will develop and lead the Marketing department and strategy, executing strategy and activity for UK, Ireland, and the US. Participating at Leadership level in the development of companywide strategy and working with other Department Heads /Directors on cross department projects toward the achievement of agreed business goals. You will monitor and assess the performance of Company marketing activity and regularly update the board with ROI analysis spend forecast information.

Head of Marketing Responsibilities:

• Development of integrated digital strategy to include a website that maximises reach.
• Effective management of the marketing budget.
• Brand management across all marketing collateral to ensure a clear corporate identify at all touchpoints and across given territories and departments.
• Championing the corporate and product brands internally and externally to ensure consistency and alignment of activities with ethos and goals, including working towards creating brand ambassadors across all employees.
• Developing and executing communications and brand plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing assets, effective brand activation and integrated campaigns, which positively impact brand loyalty and drive revenue/profit performance.
• Planning, developing and executing promotional campaigns across all segments and regions, in conjunction with sales and product management teams to support brands, events (including training activities) and product launches.
• Managing the development and delivery of exhibitions and events in conjunction with sales, product management and consultant occupational therapist.

Head of Marketing Requirements:

• Experienced at management of integrated digital campaigns.
• Experience in a senior marketing role in a £30m + annual revenue business, with the gravitas to contribute effectively at the Leadership level.
• Experience in a rapidly scaling business advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen and using market insights to drive business performance.
• Business or marketing-related degree/ CIM qualified or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of marketing / sales principles and the full marketing mix is essential (must include expert digital knowledge)
• Relevant product and industry knowledge an advantage but not essential.
• Team player with focus on cross functional working, diplomatic, yet tenacious and assertive
• International marketing experience desirable, ideally to include US & IE and the development of integrated marketing strategies.
